Smart-Line

Smart-Line is a telephone banking service that allows you to securely check balances, transfer funds, make payments, and manage your accounts by phone by calling 800-263-2623, with guided menus available in English and Spanish.

To use the IC Smart-Line you need your social security number, PIN number, account number (as listed on your statement), and any touch-tone phone.

If your using the IC Smart-Line for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your social security number, enter your birthdate, establish a 6-digit PIN number, and set your preferences.
