How To Use Our Translation Services

When arriving at an IC Credit Union branch for financial translation services, members can expect a streamlined and supportive process. Depending on the specific language translations needed, assistance is provided either through an in-branch language line or by connecting in-person with a staff member who is fluent in the needed language. The language line and bilingual IC Credit Union employees offer their best support to their ability, and each employee signs a member confidential policy. The language line vendors are held to the same standard.

When Are These Services Available?

Financial translation services are available during regular branch and service center business hours.

It is recommended that members schedule an appointment for financial translation services, but walk-ins are welcomed. Members can expect their financial translation appointments to be scheduled and completed within 24 hours or less.

What Should I Bring?

Members are not required to bring anything to use IC Credit Union’s financial translation services.
