COVID-19 Updates from IC

Change in Operations Notice:

At IC, we have very high service level standards that our members count on each and every day. Unfortunately, the current surge of COVID-19 cases has put an unprecedented strain on being able to keep our team members ready and available to assist you, while also staying safe and healthy.

To that end, we’ve made the difficult decision to move all IC locations to being open by appointment only, effective Saturday, January 8, 2022. We know that branch lobby access is a vital part of the services you depend on and we’ll be doing everything we can to maintain this service as an option. Drive-up service will remain open as normal. Use our Online Appointment Schedule tool to schedule an appointment.

Moving forward through this surge, you may also experience delays in our normal processing times and an increase to Service Center and Drive-Up service wait times. Please be patient as we work through this together.

We know that you depend on IC for your banking needs every day and that this is an inconvenience. Our focus remains on taking every step we can to minimize any disruption of service to you while maintaining the health and wellness of our members and team. We appreciate your continued support and flexibility throughout the pandemic.

Mask Mandate Reminder
Please remember that masks are required for all individuals while inside any IC location, regardless of vaccination status. We encourage you to continue practicing social distancing wherever possible.

Manage your finances remotely
Remember that you can access your accounts anytime, anywhere with Online Banking or the IC Mobile App. Pay bills, transfer funds, deposit checks and more. It’s safe and free.
