Branch Lobbies are now Open!
The consistent downward trend of COVID-19 cases has allowed our service availability to return to normal levels.
All IC branch lobbies are open to all members, without the need to schedule an appointment. Our Online Appointment Schedule tool remains available to you to skip the lines, but it’s not required to come into a branch.
Additionally, we’ve removed the mask mandate in all of our locations for members. As cases continue to show a downward trend, we feel that giving our members the choice to wear a mask is appropriate at this time. You’ll notice that our team will still be wearing masks. IC believes that mask wearing is a simple way to lower the transmission rate of COVID-19 so we’ll continue to do our part keeping you and our team safe and healthy.
