Fitchburg, MA: IC Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan M. Lyle, SHRM-CP, as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Lyle brings over 25 years of progressive HR leadership, specializing in enterprise strategy, multi-state labor compliance, and risk mitigation within highly regulated environments. In this new role, Lyle will oversee the strategic leadership of the department and will work closely with executive leadership to support organizational goals, foster a positive workplace culture, develop talent, and ensure the credit union attracts, retains, and engages employees while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Most recently, Lyle served as an HR Business Partner for ADP Comprehensive Services, advising executive teams through complex regulatory shifts. While obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, she also became certified in Human Resource Management, summa cum laude, at Southern New Hampshire University.
Lyle is thrilled to return to the region where she raised her 3 grown children—who went on to attend UMass Lowell and Boston University. Deeply rooted in the local community, she spent 7 years volunteering as the ‘Lunch Lady’ at the primary school in neighboring Lunenburg. Outside of work, she is an avid hiker and gardener and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
