COVID19 UPDATE: Reopen Guidelines - Phase II
To comply with state and federal reopen guidelines, we have updated our branch protocol to begin to allow appointment-only in-branch visits. If you require assistance that cannot otherwise be done at our drive-ups, ATM, online or over the phone, please call our Service Center at 800.262.1001. We will continue to take precautionary measures as outlined by the CDC, state and federal authorities to keep you, and our staff safe.
1. Call the Service Center if you require an appointment.
2. A branch representative will call you back to set up a time.
3. Please read signs on the door about Covid19 symptoms and/or exposure.
4. A mask is required before entering the building.
5. Please stay in your car until your appointment time. A branch staff will assist you.
