Covid-19 Update: We remain open!

Though Governor Baker issued a “stay at home” advisory, we want to assure you that we will remain open, and are here for you. As a financial services provider, IC Federal Credit Union is considered an “essential” business, and we will continue to assist you with your financial needs via our drive-up and by in-branch appointments as needed.

Per our recent update, our hours remain as follows: Drive-up & Appointment: Monday thru Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. | Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to Noon. For in-branch appointments, please call our Service Center at 800.262.1001.

Service Center Hours: Monday thru Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday & Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. til Noon.

Reminder: Online and Mobile Banking are available 24/7 so you can bank from the comfort of your home. If you want to learn more, or are not yet enrolled, you can do so here. If you need assistance, please call our Service Center. Also, our ATM's are available 24/7. To search for a branch and ATM near you, click here. You can also send a secure message through the Online Banking platform. Just click on the "Customer Service" menu at the top, then "Contact Us" to type your message. 

We also want to make you aware of phishing emails and false information coming from scammers pretending to be the CDC or World Health Organization. If you have questions about information regarding Covid19, please use the link above for the CDC. Never click on emails you are not sure about, nor the links contained therein.

• Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) are insured separately up to $250,000.
• Joint accounts are insured separately up to $500,000 (maximum $250,000 for each joint owner). The interest that a joint owner has in all joint accounts will be added together and insured up to $250,000.
