Applicants for the 2012 IC Scholarship Essay Contest* had to respond to this question:
IC Federal Credit Union takes an active part in community involvement throughout the year. In 250 words or less, please write an essay as to how you would help the community in which you live, what type of program you would endorse or create, and how you would spread the message throughout the community to promote this program?
Scoring was calculated as follows: 40% for Grades, 30% for the Essay, and 30% for Extracurricular/Community Activities. Each 2012 IC Scholarship Essay Contest winner earned a total score of 100%. Congratulations to our winners!
Each winner will receive $1000.00.

*Eligibility was limited to high school seniors enrolled in an undergraduate college degree program during the 2012-2013 academic year, and IC Membership for the applicant or parent/guardian was a requirement.
