FraudWatch® Plus
With FraudWatch® Plus, IC Federal Credit Union members receive round-the-clock monitoring for suspicious transaction activity on their Visa® Debit Card. Members receive immediate telephone notification for transactions that are deemed "out of the ordinary". If we’re unable to reach you and the activity is considered high risk, FraudWatch® Plus will temporarily block your card until we are able to verify the transactions.
If you’ll be using your Visa® Debit Card from IC Federal Credit Union while traveling, please contact us to let us know the dates and destination, so that we can provide this information to FraudWatch® Plus Services in order to prevent your card from being blocked due to "out of the ordinary transactions."
